Tuition reserves your student’s spot in class.
Payments are non-refundable after the second week of the session.

Showcase Commitment
Because our classes are team-based, all students are expected to participate in the final showcase.
Missing multiple rehearsals may affect casting or performance roles.

Pick-up Policy
Students must be picked up within 10 minutes of class ending. Or a late fee of $15 may apply.
Only adults listed on the authorized pick-up form may pick up a student.
If running late, please contact us as soon as possible in order for us to make arrangements for the student(s).

Behavior Expectations
We create a safe and uplifting atmosphere for all students and staff. Disruptive behavior may result in sitting out or dismissal from class.
Students are expected to
Be respectful.
Follow instructor directions.
Support their fellow classmates.
Refrain from gossip, criticism, or any behavior that causes division.
Communicate in a Christlike manner—listening well, speaking kindly, and promoting peace.
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or any inappropriate behavior.
Report safety concerns, misconduct, or conflict to leadership in a timely and respectful way.
Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and safe atmosphere for all participants and guests.

Out of respect for yourself and fellow students, attire must be modest and clean. No explicit logos or graphics, no exposed midriff, no low cut tops, if wearing shorts in-seam must at least 6ins.
Proper hygiene is required. Please arrive clean, well-groomed, and free from
strong body odors or overpowering scents out of respect for others.
Students should wear:
Comfortable movement clothes
Closed-toe shoes
Hair pulled back when needed
*Costumes for performances will be communicated in advance.
